beano® Tablets

beano® Tablets can be chewed or swallowed with water. Just take beano® as directed when you're eating meals with gas-causing complex carbohydrates.*

How it works

beano® tablets contain an enzyme that helps digest gas-causing complex carbohydrates found in grains, legumes and cruciferous vegetables, to help prevent gas, bloating and discomfort.**

How to use beano® tablets:

  1. Use for the right problem: Use beano® if you experience gas, bloating, or discomfort from gas-causing complex carbohydrates.* **
  2. Use with the right food: beano® Tablets help digest gas-causing complex carbohydrates found in grains, legumes, and cruciferous vegetables.**
    • Grains like granola, cereals, or pasta
    • Legumes like pinto beans, chickpeas, or peanut butter
    • Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, corn, or onions

  1. Use at the right time: Swallow or chew 2 tablets right before your first bite, or immediately after meals containing complex carbohydrates (up to 30 minutes after first bite).
  2. Use the right amount: Swallow or chew 2 tablets for a typical meal.

Too much heat can inactivate the enzyme, so don’t cook with beano®.

Warnings

Allergy Note

If a rare sensitivity occurs after taking beano® Tablets, discontinue use. Galactosemics consult your doctor.

Storage

Store below 25°C (77°F). Avoid Heat. Too much heat can inactivate the enzyme, so don't cook with beano®.
