How it works
beano® tablets contain an enzyme that helps digest gas-causing complex carbohydrates found in grains, legumes and cruciferous vegetables, to help prevent gas, bloating and discomfort.**

How to use beano® tablets:

- Grains like granola, cereals, or pasta
- Legumes like pinto beans, chickpeas, or peanut butter
- Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, corn, or onions

- Use at the right time: Swallow or chew 2 tablets right before your first bite, or immediately after meals containing complex carbohydrates (up to 30 minutes after first bite).
- Use the right amount: Swallow or chew 2 tablets for a typical meal.
Too much heat can inactivate the enzyme, so don’t cook with beano®.

Allergy Note
If a rare sensitivity occurs after taking beano® Tablets, discontinue use. Galactosemics consult your doctor.
Storage
Store below 25°C (77°F). Avoid Heat. Too much heat can inactivate the enzyme, so don't cook with beano®.
